Delivery
We will deliver the ordered items to the address you provide so please make sure that this is accurate. Someone will need to sign for the package upon delivery.

Stock permitting we aim to deliver all orders within 10 working days (most are sent off within 2-3 working days) – however this timeframe is for general guidance only. If the order is needed by a certain date, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate this.

*The new LNDN Collection pieces are made to order so may take 10 working days before they are shipped.

UK Delivery is charged at £6.00

European Delivery is charged at £10

International Delivery is charged at £11

Please note that CF Concept cannot be liable for any international deliveries that are subject to customs delays and import and duty taxes.

All our jewellery is handmade and therefore there can be slight variations from piece to piece; they may also differ from the images you see on the website – this only ensures that your piece is unique.

Packaging
Your jewellery will be sent to you in a beautiful matt white box inscribed with the CF Concept logo in polished white.
