How will my purchase be packaged?
All jewellery comes beautifully packaged in a matt white box with the CF Concept logo inscribed in polished white - very much in line with our Danish Design aesthetic. There is no extra charge for this.
Which ring size do I need?
Our rings come in the standard UK sizes as follows: K, M, P. If you are unsure of your size:
- visit your local jewellers where you can usually have your ring size measured.
- measure the inside diameter of a ring you already own and refer to the ring size chart.
- measure the circumference of the intended finger and refer to the ring size chart.
Please see our ring size chart for more info and if you need a different size just let us know.
What is your returns policy?
If you would like to cancel or return your order please let us know within 20 working days.
We will credit your account with the amount debited from your credit/debit card as soon as possible – provided that the item is unworn and in it’s original condition and packaging. Please see out Returns Policy.
How should I look after my jewellery?
Daily wear, dust and pollution all affect the brightness of precious metals.
Ideally keep your pieces in a fabric lined jewellery box and - as always lotions, potions and perfume first and jewellery last!
Silver
Clean silver jewellery in warm soapy water and make sure it is dry before storing. Alternatively polish silver jewellery with a soft cloth.
Avoid wearing silver when using chlorine or bleach.
Gold Vermeil
Gold vermeil is a thick layer of gold (2microns) over sterling silver.
Avoid wearing in the shower or when swimming as chlorine can permanently discolour gold vermeil.
Gently clean with a soft polishing cloth.
General rule: Spritz before Bling!
What is gold vermeil?
Gold vermeil is a layer of gold on top of sterling silver. To be considered vermeil the gold must be at least 1.5 microns thick and must be plated onto sterling silver. We use 2 microns of 18k gold to plate our pieces.
What is oxidised silver?
Oxidised sterling silver is intentionally darkened silver made by tarnishing it in a controlled way this will wear off after some time and return to silver.
