CF Concept Returns Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases, however, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied you can cancel an order by notifying us within 20 working days of receipt of your order (this includes any damaged or faulty items). We will be happy to exchange or refund your order providing the items are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. This does exclude any sale items or items purchased with voucher codes as well as any bespoke pieces.
We strongly recommend that you return the items to us by special delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
